Cookie Policy
Approval date: [TO BE COMPLETED: document approval date]
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on the user’s device when visiting a website. Similar technologies include browser local storage (localStorage, sessionStorage), tracking pixels and device identifiers. For simplicity, all are referred to below as “cookies”.
2. Cookies used by the Website
Code contains no first-party analytics or advertising pixel. However, Google Maps is embedded in an iframe and may use cookies and identifiers.
Payload authentication is used. [TO BE COMPLETED cookie names, domains, purposes, categories and lifetimes.]
This document is not a consent mechanism. The current map has no consent gate. Services requiring consent must be blocked until consent, not described as entirely necessary.
3. Cookie list
Admin session: authentication for the requested login service. [TO BE COMPLETED: name, domain and expiry.]
Google Maps: displaying a map; exact Google entity and role to be confirmed. [TO BE COMPLETED: actual cookies, purposes and periods, depending on region and Google session.]
Separate analytics and pixels: no application integration. [TO BE COMPLETED: external provider tools.]
4. Legal basis
Under Article 399 of the Polish Act of 12 July 2024 – Electronic Communications Law, storing information on, or accessing information stored on, a user’s terminal equipment requires the user’s consent, except where necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the user or to transmit a communication.
Technically necessary cookies do not require consent. If analytics or marketing cookies are introduced, the Website will display a consent mechanism and this Policy will be updated.
5. Links to external services
The map is embedded, not merely linked. Loading the iframe connects to Google without a click. Lazy loading delays connection, not consent requirements.
Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn icons are links. Opening them leads to the external provider’s rules. Links differ from embedded services connecting within the Website.
Google information: https://policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.
6. Technical data in server logs
Connections involve IP and metadata, and the form endpoint uses an in-memory limit. Hosting log scope and retention require confirmation; logs are not cookies.
7. Managing cookies
Users can delete stored files or block them at any time in browser settings. Instructions are in the browser vendor’s help (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge and others).
Blocking technically necessary cookies may limit some functions but does not prevent browsing the informational content of the Website.
Private browsing does not ensure anonymity to the site or Google. Do Not Track is not consent or withdrawal. [TO BE COMPLETED after implementation: reopening consent settings, rejecting optional services and withdrawing as easily as consenting.]
8. Changes to the Cookie Policy
The Policy may be updated, in particular after new features or tools are deployed. The current version with the date of last change is always available on the Website.
