The Operator does not sell tickets, take reservations for premises or conclude lease agreements through the Website. Information about the offering is not an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code nor a commitment to conclude a contract, unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Rules of use
The User shall use the Website in accordance with applicable law, these Terms and good practice, in a way that does not disrupt its operation or the rights of others.

6. Contact forms
Submitting a Form consists of completing the required fields and confirming with the send button. Required fields must be completed; otherwise the Form cannot be sent.
The enquiry is saved in the database before an e-mail notification is attempted. A notification failure does not necessarily mean the enquiry was not saved. A sent status means acceptance by the configured mail transport, not that staff have read it. Contact hello@halagwardii.pl if needed.
The Operator replies within a reasonable time, as a rule within [NUMBER] business days. Submitting a Form does not guarantee that a contract will be concluded or that a specific substantive reply will be given.
The User may at any time request deletion of their enquiry by contacting the Operator at hello@halagwardii.pl, subject to provisions that permit or require further processing.
The processing of personal data provided in a Form is described in the Privacy Policy.

Content on the Website, including layout, code, texts, photographs, visualisations, plans and sections, is protected by copyright, related rights or other intellectual property laws and belongs to the Operator or its licensors.
The Hala Gwardii name and graphic signs are protected as provided by law. These Terms do not assert registration of a particular trademark.
The User may use Content only within private fair use and within the right of quotation. Copying, distributing, modifying or commercially using Content requires the Operator’s prior written consent.
Materials intended for media may be made available on separate terms, which the User will be informed of when they are provided.
Visualisations and plans on the Website are illustrative and may differ from the final state.
8. Nature of information and disclaimer
Planned offers, dates and visualisations describe a project stage and may change. Current conditions should be agreed before commitments are made. This does not remove responsibility for published content or contracts.
Maintenance or security incidents may cause temporary unavailability. The Operator takes steps to restore services. Liability is assessed under applicable law and the circumstances.
Nothing excludes liability for intentional damage or non-waivable rights. Statutory consumer protection also applies to sole traders where the law so provides.

The Operator handles complaints within 14 days of receipt and informs the User of the outcome at the e-mail or postal address provided.

New versions state an effective date, do not apply retroactively and do not change existing contracts. For ongoing services, notice and timing must preserve statutory rights. Continued browsing is not consent to new processing purposes.
A User who does not accept the changes should stop using the Website.
14. Final provisions
These Terms and the services on the Website are governed by Polish law. For Consumers, the choice of Polish law does not deprive them of protection under mandatory provisions of the law of their habitual residence.
Court jurisdiction follows applicable legislation. These Terms do not limit the right of Consumers or other legally protected persons to bring claims before a competent court.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or ineffective, the remaining provisions remain in force.
Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by generally applicable law, in particular the Civil Code, the Act on the provision of services by electronic means and the Consumer Rights Act.
